Key Definitions

• "Platform" — the jayabaji website and mobile application collectively.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who uses jayabaji services through a registered account.
• "Account" — the registered profile that holds a member's personal details, wallet and betting history.
• "Wallet" — the virtual balance linked to an account through which deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are managed.
• "Bonus" — a promotional reward granted by jayabaji that can be used subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place bets with a bonus a set number of times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 — Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per national ID or passport)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to confirm age)
• Preferred payment method details

2.2 — One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same name, or operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, is a violation of this policy. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

jayabaji may at any time request identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of address or payment method verification documents to verify an account. Verification may be mandatory before large withdrawals. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.1 — Age Limit

All jayabaji services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration and participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If there is doubt about a user's age, jayabaji may request relevant documents for any account.

3.2 — Geographic Restrictions

This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this type of online betting service from their location is consistent with the rules applicable to them. jayabaji reserves the right to restrict access from certain geographic regions.

3.3 — Personal Capacity

By registering an account, the user confirms that:

• They have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• They are using this platform of their own free will and with full awareness.
• They are not placing bets on behalf of another person or using a third party's funds.
• They are not a player, official or associated person of a professional sports team in the event on which they are betting.

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

Withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.2 — Limits and Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods)

4.3 — Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, jayabaji verifies the following:

• Whether the account is fully verified.
• Whether the wagering requirement on any active bonus has been met.
• Whether the withdrawal request is made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Whether there is no suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 — General Bonus Rules

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all winnings earned from it being forfeited.
• jayabaji may change, cancel or amend bonus offers at any time at its discretion.
• If promotional abuse or bonus scheming is suspected, the associated account will be investigated.
• Only one new member bonus applies per person, family, address or device.

5.3 — VIP Program

jayabaji's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is a fixed percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Progression through VIP tiers is determined by a member's overall activity.

6.1 — Prohibited Activities

• Intentionally identifying any technical flaw or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots or automated software.
• Placing bets involving match-fixing, result manipulation or the use of insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Creating an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

6.2 — Conduct in Communications and Live Chat

Respectful language must be used when communicating with customer service representatives. Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour is not acceptable and may result in the account being closed.

7.1 — Data Collection and Use

jayabaji collects members' personal information as needed for registration and service delivery. Full details of how this information is collected, used and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 — Account Security Responsibilities

• Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• A strong password should be used — combining uppercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, jayabaji's customer service must be notified immediately.

8.1 — Self-Limit Setting Tools

• Deposit Limit: The option to set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount.
• Betting Limit: The option to control the amount wagered within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: The option to set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Temporary Break: The option to step away from your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Permanent Exclusion: The option to arrange long-term self-exclusion.

9.1 — jayabaji's Rights

jayabaji may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting to commit fraud, manipulation, or gain unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to verify age or evidence of being a minor.

9.2 — User Rights

A member may request to close their account at any time. Before closing the account, the following must be ensured:

• All active bets have been settled.
• Bonus wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been cancelled.
• Available balance has been withdrawn.

The account closure request must be submitted to customer support via live chat or email.

10.1 — Service Guarantee

jayabaji strives to ensure the highest quality of service, but does not accept liability in the following situations:

• Temporary interruptions due to technical errors or server maintenance.
• Internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).

10.2 — Betting Risk

Participation in betting and casino games is voluntary and at the user's own risk. jayabaji never guarantees winnings. The user decides for themselves how much risk to take. The member is solely responsible for any financial losses.

10.3 — Policy on Technical Errors

Odds, payouts, or bonuses displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered valid. jayabaji reserves the right to cancel bets or payments resulting from such obvious errors.

11.1 — Notice of Changes

• Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
• The effective date of the updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 — Right to Object

If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw their available balance before the changes take effect.
